Case Study: Head Office Coffee and Water Installation for a Leading Facilities Management Partner, Marylebone
Cafepoint was appointed to design and install a new premium coffee and water setup for the head office of one of our long-standing facilities management partners, located in Marylebone. Having supported over 200 of their client sites across the UK, it was a privilege to bring the same quality and consistency we deliver nationwide into their own workspace.
The project brief focused on creating a modern, high-performing refreshment area that would reflect the company’s commitment to excellence while providing staff and visitors with a first-class experience. To achieve this, we installed two Schaerer Coffee Soul machines, offering barista-level coffee with reliability and ease of use suited to a busy head office environment.
Alongside the coffee provision, we fitted BRITA Vivreau C-Shape taps, supplying instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling water through an elegant, space-efficient design that complements the office’s contemporary aesthetic.
The Result
This installation is part of Cafepoint’s wider support for the facilities management partner, through which we provide a comprehensive range of services including premium coffee systems, filtered water solutions, sparkling and flavoured tap installations, vending equipment, and fresh food micro-market setups — all tailored to the needs of their diverse client base.
Delivering this project for their own headquarters was an excellent opportunity to showcase the quality, consistency, and service standards we maintain on their behalf across the UK.
