Case Study: Multi-Kitchen Fit-Out for a Leading Mayfair Hedge Fund
Cafepoint was commissioned to deliver a premium multi-kitchen coffee and water solution for a leading hedge fund in Mayfair. The project formed part of a full office relocation and interior fit-out, and our team was brought in on recommendation from a former Facilities Director — a long-standing client who had previously worked with us while managing another asset management firm.
The brief was to provide a clean, uniform, and high-performance refreshment setup that would complement the aesthetic of the new office while ensuring convenience and reliability for staff across multiple floors. The client required a consistent look and feel throughout, with equipment that would blend seamlessly into their high-end design scheme while maintaining exceptional output and ease of use.
For the larger kitchen areas, Cafepoint supplied and installed two Rex-Royal S500 bean-to-cup coffee machines alongside two Aqua Libra Alto hot and cold water taps per space. This combination provides barista-quality coffee and instant boiling and chilled water, ideal for high-traffic zones where speed and quality are equally important.
The Result
Smaller kitchens were equipped with Aqua Libra Illi taps and Saeco Professional Area pod machines, ensuring the same design consistency and user experience across all floors, even in more compact areas.
The result is a cohesive, high-spec refreshment solution that enhances staff wellbeing and productivity while reflecting the sophistication of the new workspace. Every kitchen now delivers premium coffee and filtered water on demand, helping to keep teams fuelled, hydrated, and focused throughout the day.
