Case Study: Showcase Floor Refreshment Installation for a Global Facilities & Real Estate Leader, Canary Wharf
Cafepoint was engaged to deliver a premium refreshment solution for the 40th-floor showcase suite of one of the world’s largest facilities and real estate management companies. This floor is used as a demonstration space for prospective corporate clients, making reliability, presentation, and technological sophistication essential. As a national service partner supporting many of their sites across the UK, this project offered an opportunity to demonstrate the standard of provision we deliver on their behalf every day.
The installation required a carefully coordinated, high-performance setup capable of handling varied usage while maintaining a polished, modern appearance. To meet this brief, we installed multiple Schaerer Coffee Soul machines, providing consistent, high-quality coffee with an intuitive user interface suitable for both staff and visiting clients.
To complement the coffee offer, we fitted several Aqua Libra Alto 3-in-1 taps, supplying instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling water through a minimalist, design-led system that aligns with the sleek aesthetic of the showcase environment. In addition, the space features an Aqua Libra Flavour Nano tap, delivering lightly flavoured, electrolyte-enhanced water — a growing preference among offices looking to promote healthier hydration options.

The result is a refined and efficient refreshment area that highlights the level of service and innovation the facilities management partner provides to their own clients. With a combination of advanced coffee technology, premium water systems, and a clean architectural finish, the 40th-floor setup now stands as a fully functioning example of a modern workplace hospitality standard.
